East Elementary Costume Parade Schedule

The Costume Parade will be held on October 30th at 3:10 P.M. on the playground, weather permitting. Parents are welcome to watch from the outer edge of the playground, behind the cones. Students will follow the parade route with their class indicated by the arrows in the diagram below. Students will return to their classrooms around 3:25 P.M. to get ready for dismissal at 3:30 P.M.
*If the weather doesn’t permit, unfortunately, the procession will be canceled.

With the concerns over violence, we would like to assure the focus of the day’s activities is appropriately directed. Students’ costumes should follow the guidelines listed below:
-Students are not to wear costumes to school.
-Students will need to be able to put on their own costume with very little help.
-Costumes are to be non-violent in nature.
-No weapons are allowed (swords, guns, knives, axes, etc.)

Please contact our school office with any questions.
