Signal support Soldiers of the 358th Civil Affairs Brigade are sharpening critical communication skills to ensure mission readiness at all times. From antenna checks to hands-on systems training, these Soldiers work together to maintain the reliable networks that keep units connected when it matters most.

Strong communications are essential to mission success, and readiness starts long before deployment day. Through teamwork, repetition, and technical expertise, these Soldiers stand ready to support the fight anytime, anywhere.

The 425th Civil Affairs Battalion took on the Norwegian Foot March early morning on April 26, 2026, completing an 18.6-mile endurance event while carrying a 30-pound pack.

Crossing first was 1LT Gil with an incredible finish time of 2 hours and 45 minutes, averaging an 8 minute, 56 second mile pace for nearly 19 miles.

The Norwegian Foot March is designed to test endurance, resilience, and mental toughness. Outstanding work by all Soldiers who stepped up to the challenge and represented the battalion with pride.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 358th Civil Affairs Brigade Dining Out.

From the formal traditions to the time spent together outside of the duty day, the evening was a reminder of the strength behind this formation. Events like this don’t come together without a team effort, and we appreciate those who helped plan, support, and execute a memorable night.

Most importantly, thank you to our Soldiers, leaders, and guests who showed up, represented the brigade with pride, and made the night what it was.

A night that reflected the camaraderie, trust, and teamwork that define this brigade.

Congratulations to SGT Strgar, Denei and SFC Aldana, Ronald on graduating the Civil Affairs reclassification course. Their achievement adds valuable experience and versatility to the 358th Civil Affairs Brigade.

SGT Strgar brings a background in Psychological Operations and Transportation, while SFC Aldana brings experience in Engineering. Diverse career fields and proven leadership make our Civil Affairs force stronger and more adaptable for any mission.

Welcome to the Civil Affairs family and well done.

The 364th Civil Affairs Brigade conducted a Change of Command Ceremony on April 12th at Camp Withycombe, Oregon, where Colonel Patrick Carneal relinquished command to Colonel Darrel Tran.

The Frontier Brigade extends sincere appreciation to Colonel Carneal for his leadership and dedication. As Colonel Tran assumes command, we look forward to continued excellence under his leadership.
