11:00am–12:00pm

Middle school and high school students (grades 6-12) can earn Community Service credit by helping out at the Mukilteo Library. We will prepare crafts for library programs, pick up and clean up, sort books, and more. Meet up in the teen area of the Mukilteo Library on the third Saturday of the month through May.

Falls are not a normal part of aging, yet half of all injury related deaths among Washington residents aged 65 and older are due to unintentional falls. Most of those are preventable trips, slips and stumbles in the home. This presentation is for aging adults and caregivers who want to focus on steps to reduce falls and stay healthy, strong, and independent.
