Today, our Executive Director, Dr. Joe Middleton, DNP, had an opportunity to speak with Dr. Mehmet Oz, Administrator of the US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services along with Congressman Brett Guthrie about an issue that directly impacts the future of emergency medical services.

This conversation focused on how reimbursement policies affect EMS operations, not only in our local communities, but across Kentucky and throughout the nation.

Conversations like this are important as we work toward a more sustainable future.
