EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS

Being calm during a conversation with an angry customer and knowing hot to turn the conversation around in your favor takes emotional intelligence. A hand written thank you card can refresh a staff or customer's spirit and lead to increases traffic for your business. Word choice matters: "What's wrong with you" vs. "What's troubling you?" can send two difference signals to a staff member who has a meltdown at work. People skills are everything, especially in hospitality, healthcare and in any small business. Ages: 18+

BABYSITTING LESSONS AND SAFETY TRAINING

Your child will learn the fundamentals of childcare, training in pediatric first aid, and household safety. A great program to teach your child how to care for their siblings or other children. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion. Participants must be at least 11 years old.
