I've been honored to serve Jackson County for over 23 years as Sheriff. Throughout that time, I've had the privilege of working alongside dedicated law enforcement officers, first responders, and community members who share a commitment to keeping our neighborhoods safe.
Over the years, I've learned that effective leadership is built on empowering your team to perform well under pressure, showing tenacity against challenges as they surface, and leading by example first and foremost. The experience I've gained and the partnerships I've built across our county have allowed our Sheriff's Office to respond quickly, work collaboratively, and serve our community with professionalism and integrity, whether we're responding to an emergency or investigating a criminal case.
Serving as Jackson County’s Sheriff has been the highlight of my career, and I'm committed to continuing that work with the same dedication that has guided me for over two decades.
