Law Enforcement Training! LCI Services, concepts, and training solely created by Tim Lewis, aiming to provide the highest quality training by the experts with a unique theme approach – real life training – into criminal investigations. The special emphasis is on Surveillance, Undercover Operations, Vehicle Theft, Fraud, Drugs & Narcotics and other related crimes, controlled and operated by sophisticated individuals and Organized Criminal groups. Our training is focused on understanding the O.C. group’s history, culture, structure, philosophy, and methods of operation. We provide individual classes directed at the investigative aspects and approach to a case investigation. Our primary focus has been on the tools necessary for success in order to combat these criminals, primarily: Surveillance ("Rolling Surveillance" and "Rolling Surveillance II"), Undercover Field Operations, and Chop Shop Investigations, where on the third day, the class searches for chop shops and stolen vehicles. "Training as real as it gets! We put the classroom in the field."
