The Muscatine Senior Center is a collaborative effort between dedicated community volunteers and Senior Resources.

Led by volunteers, the center will offer a diverse range of activities catering to active seniors 60+.

Wednesday is looking like another great day at the Muscatine Senior Center!

Looking for a little exercise, friendly competition, or just a reason to get out and enjoy some company? We've got a full day planned for you!

💪 Move Your Body: Start the morning with Tai Chi, Exercise with Ann, or Chair Volleyball.

🃏 Engage Your Mind: Enjoy cards, Wii games, or a friendly game of Euchre.

🤝 Connect With Others: Join us for our Lunch and Learn with a guest speaker at 12:30 p.m., BINGO, or Bridge Lessons.

Our Senior Center Board of Directors will also hold their monthly meeting at 11:30 a.m. We're grateful for the volunteers who help keep our Center growing and welcoming!

☀️ Helping hands and happy hearts at the Muscatine Senior Center!

We had some wonderful visitors from Crossroads, INC. Day Habilitation program helping spruce up the grounds around the Senior Center!

After a beautiful day of working outdoors, everyone enjoyed some well-earned popcorn and punch.

This amazing group volunteers at the Senior Center each month, helping with cleaning projects, lending a hand wherever needed, and even joining our seniors for a friendly game of chair volleyball!

We love the friendships, laughter, and energy they bring to the Center. Thank you to our friends at Crossroads for sharing your time and talents with us. We always look forward to your visits! ❤️

Wednesday is Potluck Day at the Muscatine Senior Center, and we can't wait to gather around the table!

Join us at 11:30 a.m. for our monthly potluck lunch. Bring a dish to share, wear your favorite Halloween costume, and enjoy good food, plenty of laughs, and time with friends. Don't forget to sign up!

A little resistance can go a long way!

Stretch Bands are a low-impact way to build strength, improve flexibility, and support healthy joints. The bands add gentle resistance to everyday movements, making them a great option for a variety of fitness levels.

Our Stretch Bands class is led by Ann every other Monday at the Muscatine Senior Center. No experience needed. Just come ready to move, stretch, and get a little stronger!

Good food, good friends, and a little Halloween fun are on the menu!

Join us Wednesday, October 14 for our monthly Senior Center Potluck. Sign up at the Center and bring a favorite dish to share with the group.

And this month, we’re adding a little extra fun. Don’t forget to wear your Halloween costume! 👻 Costumes, conversation, and a table full of good food sounds like a pretty great Wednesday to us.
