Please see the updated dates and times for Boys 7th and 8th grade tryouts as well as Competitive Cheer!

7th Grade Boys Basketball Tryouts will be held Tuesday, October 27th and Thursday, October 29th from 1:30-3:30 PM in the gym at the middle school.

8th Grade Boys Basketball Tryouts will be held Monday, October 26th and Wednesday, October 28th from 1:30-3:30 PM in the gym at the middle school.

8th Grade Coach- Monique Brown

Competitive Cheer (Grades 6-😎 Tryouts will be held Monday, October 26th from 4-6 PM, Tuesday, October 27th from 3:45-6 PM and also Thursday, October 29th from 3:45-6 PM in the upstairs gym at the middle school.

Congratulations to our OVMS boys soccer team on a 2-1 victory today!

The boys soccer team beat Montague 2-1 Saturday to advance to the semifinals and remain a perfect 6-0 on the season.

Dakota Priest and Carter Martineau were the goal scorers.

Silas Campbell had an assist. Carter Martineau played extremely well but also had one game saving play. He stopped montagues shot that JJ couldn’t get at the goal line heading it out of the box.

JJ Steele owned his box as keeper. He kept OV in the game with his excellent play.

Connor St Amour and Brody Miles frustrated the Montague strikers.

Silas Campbell was all over the field and had an outstanding game.

Coach Wachter was proud of the teamwork and the composure they kept throughout the game.

On to the Semi Finals!

E Sports Week 3 Update

Three weeks down, five to go! The Orchard View Cardinals are building momentum in the fall eSports season, and there's plenty to celebrate. Our Smash squad sits at #1 in the standings, while Fortnite and Mario Kart are coming off Week 3 victories!

🏆 SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE | #1 IN THE STANDINGS!

The Cardinals are off to a perfect 3-0 start and currently hold the #1 ranking! Allison Dault, Emmanuel Nogueira, and Blake Gomez lead the lineup, with Dontae Espinoza supporting the team as a substitute.

Three matches. Three wins. The Cardinals are setting the pace and looking to keep their undefeated season rolling! 🥊

🏎️ MARIO KART 8 DELUXE | WEEK 3 VICTORY!

The Cardinals raced to a 2-0 victory over Kappa Spartans - MK8 JV of Mason County Central on October 8!

Mason Sims, Henry Villalpando, Nicole Robbins, and Carly Sharps represent Orchard View on the track. After a challenging start, this latest win gives the team momentum heading into the weeks ahead.

🎯 FORTNITE | BOUNCING BACK!

Orchard View earned a 2-0 victory over Saline Fortnite Cookies on October 6! Following a loss to Novi, the Cardinals responded with a strong performance to get back in the win column.

Dylan Sellers and Riley Zych are leading the charge for Orchard View as they look to climb the standings over the next five weeks.

OVMS football hosted the Ravenna Bulldogs Thursday for our Breast Cancer Awareness game and came away with a big victory over the Bulldogs, final score 14-2!

Our Cardinal Cheer team represented well also and looked great doing so!!

Big win for OVMS soccer Thursday evening!

The Boys soccer team defeated Montague last night 2-1.

With a scoreless first half Montague came out swinging in the second, but thanks to JJ Steele, Body Miles, and Connor St. Amour the Cardinals were able to shut them down.

With 6 minutes left and down 1-0, Quintyn Nielsen buried a penalty kick and then added an assist to Admyr Mendoza to secure the win.

The Cardinals are now 2-0 on the season.
