Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage and sacrifice of the first responders, service members, and ordinary Americans who stepped up in a moment of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember the families who lost loved ones, the heroes who gave everything, and the spirit of unity that brought our nation together.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Today, elected officials and staff at the federal, state, and local level had opportunity to tour several farms here in Frederick County and get a closer look at the people, practices, and innovation behind local agriculture. 🌱🐄

From regenerative farming and cover crops that help restore and build healthy soil, to rotating livestock and innovative technology that makes caring for animals more efficient, it was so encouraging to see the many ways our farmers are working to care for the land while producing food for our communities.

Frederick County has such a strong agricultural community, and today was a great reminder of just how much hard work, innovation, and stewardship goes into keeping our farms thriving.

Today the District 4 Team sent a letter to the County Executive requesting additional time for the public to review and comment on the DRRA.
This is an important issue for Frederick County, and residents deserve a meaningful opportunity to understand the proposed data center “agreement”, consider how it could impact our community, and make their voices heard.

Not the decision Maryland voters deserved. This ruling should concern anyone who believes voters should have the final say over how our congressional districts are drawn. Vote NO on Question 3 this November.

Maryland’s highest court ruled Thursday that a proposed congressional redistricting amendment can remain on the November ballot after two lower-court judges found problems with how the measure was put before voters. Still, it ordered election officials to rewrite the question after finding that language drafted by lawmakers was misleading to voters.
