You choose the style! Create a cozy fall or Thanksgiving wreath, make it spooky for Halloween, or keep it simple and add some lights to brighten up your door.

We’ll have lots of different materials, decorations, and embellishments for you to choose from, so you can make your wreath completely your own.

Craft with friends, get cozy, have some fun, and leave with something beautiful to decorate your home—or give as a gift!

Come see us all month long in October for a cozy evening at the library!

For the last hour before we close, we’ll dim the lights, turn on the warm glow, and create a quiet, relaxing space where you can slow down and enjoy some time for yourself or with a neighbor.

What can you do?

🧩 Work on a puzzle

🎨 Paint a paint-by-number canvas

🖍️ Color

🧵 Try embroidery

📖 Curl up in a cozy chair and read quietly

✂️ Work on a seasonal craft—or take it home and finish it later

We’ll also have tea and a pastry or cookie to share.

Come relax, visit with a neighbor, work on a craft, or simply enjoy some peaceful time at the library. You can come back the next day and keep working on your project.

Everything you make will be displayed at the library, so you’ll be helping us decorate with something meaningful—something made by you.

We’ll have some Halloween and Christmas crafts too, so come help us get ready for the holidays! 🎃🎄

It was amazing!

ARSL continues to show up where it matters!

Last week, Patrick Bodily, 2024 ARSL President and current Sustainability Committee Co-Chair, offered welcoming remarks at the Institute of Museum and Library Services America 250 convening in Reno, representing rural and small libraries at this milestone national gathering.

No club book club has been such a fun addition to our regular book clubs.

Here you pick a book, sign the sheet and then bring back the book with the review card.

Help us review as many books as you can, I try to bring books we don’t have in our collection but that are popular and recent releases.

I hope you check it out too!

Send help to the library 🤣 it was fun being away but oh my! My desk has a million little things still to be done and I’ve been here for a while now 🙃

I have a lot to share about what’s coming up here at the library but let me catch up first 😆
