🐝🌸 Busy as Bees in Ms. K’s Homeroom! 🌸🐝

Today, Ms. K’s homeroom learned all about pollination and how bees, butterflies, and other pollinators help plants make seeds and fruit! Students then became pollinators themselves, carrying “pollen” from flower to flower in a hands-on simulation. 🌻

Konnichiwa from BQJ! ✨🇯🇵

Last week our students had the incredible opportunity to welcome a group of foreign exchange students visiting from Japan! 🌸

From the moment they arrived, the excitement in the room was contagious. Our students loved getting to meet their new friends, ask questions, and learn firsthand about life in Japan, from school days and favorite foods to traditions, holidays, and everyday customs. 🍙🎌

A huge thank you (or as our guests would say, arigatou gozaimasu! 🙏) to our visitors for sharing their culture with us, and to everyone who helped make this visit possible. We hope you enjoyed your time with us as much as we enjoyed having you!

¡Konnichiwa desde BQJ! ✨🇯🇵
