👷‍♂️The Snake River Valley Builders Association’s Build Up Youth program recently hosted an exciting and educational field trip to Interframe! It was a fantastic turnout, bringing together local students eager to learn about the building industry and hands-on career opportunities. Participants got a behind-the-scenes look at innovative construction processes and craftsmanship, inspiring the next generation of builders.

A special thank-you goes out to Build Up Youth Co-Chair Brandon Waltman with Willow Creek Homes for his leadership and to his team for helping organize and delegate this successful event. Their hard work and dedication made this an inspiring day for the next generation of builders!🏗️🛠️

The SRVBCA, under the leadership of President Tyler Bosier, is proud to endorse Randy Neary for Caldwell City Council Seat 2. The organization is grateful for your dedication to the home building industry.

All smiles during our Build Up Youth Task Force Committee meeting today.
This committee is designed to help students as young as 8th grade understand the different positions and importance of being in the building industry.
We recently participated in a few mock job fairs where students were given critique on how to improve job interview skills.
We have a couple of career fairs in the works as well. We will need members to set up a booth to chat with the students.
Upcoming field trips will be at Inteframe Components as well as job shadowing at some of our builder member's homes.
