Gate 117

Gate 117 exists to empower marginalized communities to become healthy and self-sustaining.

We believe that justice and empowerment is an important way of expressing our Christian spirituality. We do empower communities through partnering with grass-roots organizations in the developing world to create systems that will help them become self-sustaining. We see the scourge of poverty as multi-faceted and systemic and therefore needing a multi-faceted response: economic, social, physical, educational, psychological, and spiritual.
