The Idaho Foodbank is hosting a community food distribution on Wednesday, June 10, and July 8, 2026, at the Ford Idaho Center. The distribution is expected to run from 11am-2:30pm, or until food runs out. Please share with anyone who may be interested in this opportunity.

The Idaho Foodbank website also lists several local pantries or other opportunities to access free food if you’re unable to attend the distribution.

With summer quickly approaching here are the free lunch sites. If you need assistance during the summer please call the district office and ask to speak to Federal Programs. You schools coordinator will be available until June 11th.

Union School is fortunate to have some of the most dedicated volunteers in our family community resource center. From assembling Christmas boxes and creating thoughtful motivation kits filled with treats for ISATS, to securing donations for our mentor dinner, their impact is felt in so many ways. These three incredible women are true movers and shakers, and we’re so grateful to have them as part of Enrique’s team in the FCRC/FoxDen.

Did you know that Central started a E-Sports Gaming Club? Our fifth-grade group has been really enjoying it! Thanks, Mrs. Zamora, for organizing everything, and Mr. Posey, for coaching them!

Look at the team at Iowa Elementary working with the Canyon County Branch of the Assistance League of Boise to make sure every student has a new book. Thank you everyone who helped make this project happen.

We are so lucky to have Enrique on our team. Thank you for all your hard work to support your school and our community.

We want to give a heartfelt thank you to Enrique and his incredible volunteers — Espiranza, Christine, Margaret, and Hope — for the amazing work they do at our FCRC Center.

They mentor Hunter, Luis, and Corvin, and their impact goes far beyond that. From organizing food and clothing donations to picking up and sorting items for our center and students, they help ensure our families have what they need.

Simply put, we couldn’t do this work without them.
