The Court plans to restore full services on Monday, June 1. Please review this information carefully before making plans to visit our courthouses.
The Napa County Superior Court will maintain limited operations through May 29, 2020. The Court has begun planning for a gradual reopening and phased reinstatement of services.

The Court has closed to the public and significantly curtailed operations in response to the current public health crisis. More info here:
Starting Wednesday, March 18, 2020, the Napa Superior Court will cut back court operations extensively in response to the coronavirus public health emergency. All non-time sensitive matters will be continued out approximately 8 weeks. The Court will endeavor to handle all time sensitive in custody matters with limited court operations.
We’ve filed an application to the Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court for the emergency powers outlined in GC 68115. A more detailed plan for rescheduling court matters will follow shortly.
