Community Action Napa Valley's Meals on Wheels program delivers more than just meals—it brings care and companionship to homebound seniors aged 60 and over. Each week, participants receive five lunches and two snacks, including milk and fresh fruit, delivered directly to their homes. This service not only ensures nutritional needs are met but also provides regular wellness checks and social interaction, helping seniors maintain independence and reduce isolation.
