Today, your Napavine firefighters stand in remembrance of the civilians, firefighters, and police officers who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

We remember the innocent lives that were taken and the families who were forever changed by that day.

We will never forget the lives lost, the sacrifices made, and the courage shown by those who ran toward danger to protect others. We honor all who served, all who sacrificed, and all who were affected by this great tragedy with the highest respect and deepest gratitude.

🚒Lewis County Fire Districts #5 & #6, WA - are seeking a Fire Chief to lead both organizations under a new shared leadership model! While each District remains a separate governmental entity with its own elected Board, the incoming Chief will work with each Board to identify organizational strengths, service and staffing needs, opportunities for greater efficiency, and areas where policies, procedures, and operational practices can be better aligned, while helping both Boards thoughtfully shape the Districts' shared future.
