This month, clinician Brooke LCPC, tackles the topic on how AI is impacting the mental health world. And whether AI can provide the empathy and understanding we truly need.

Mental health doesn’t only impact one individual, but those surround them as well.

This month, clinician Bianca, LCPC, sheds light on the complexities of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), detailing how its symptomatology affects both individuals struggling with the diagnosis and their romantic partners.

Weaponizing mental health has been a trend dating back to the Salem witch trials (yes that long) for personal gain or to fulfill an agenda.

This month, Clinician Leah Lubniewski, LCPC, illustrates in her blog how present day, we run into similar themes through social media and mental health term becoming so mainstream and often being misused that can be triggering for others.

Clinician Spotlight & Blog

Clinician Stephen is accepting new client!

Here are some special words from Stephen on his therapeutic approach and elaborated further in his Blog, Link in Bio 🔗

There are moments in life where we feel like everything is coming together, but there are also moments where we feel like everything is falling apart. I believe everyone deserves a space to feel safe and create room for healing, growth, and self-discovery. I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard and understood without judgement. I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and athletes. As a former athlete myself, I have a deeper understanding of the struggles that athletes experience, which provides a unique approach to therapy to help clients reach their therapeutic goals. With an integrative approach to therapy, I tend to focus on client strengths to assist in meaningful change and utilize humor in the healing process. I am currently accepting new clients and welcome you to this collaborative journey.
