To the Voters of the Town of Narragansett: Ballot Question #6
Our communityβs safety depends on the dedicated first responders who protect us every day, and ensuring they have the resources to respond quickly and safely is one of our highest priorities. On April 20, 2026, the Narragansett Town Council took a critical step forward by approving a request for legislation to bring a $3,000,000.00 municipal bond referendum to our voters.
If approved, these funds will directly support an essential public safety infrastructure project: the expansion, renovation, and modernization of north-end Fire Station #3 located at 1170 Boston Neck Road.
This project is vital for the future of Narragansett for several key reasons:
β’ Protecting Our Most Densely Populated Areas
β’ Meeting Modern Health and Safety Standards
β’ Strengthening Emergency Preparedness
β’ Essential Modernization
This bond represents a direct investment in the health of our first responders and the safety of our neighborhoods. By upgrading Fire Station #3, we are ensuring that Narragansett remains safe, prepared, and resilient for years to come.
Please consider voting - APPROVE on local Ballot Questions #6.
