It was an incredible evening celebrating our 2026 Woman of the Year Alma F. Sanford. There were so many fantastic stories shared about Alma’s many, many contributions and support of an incredible list of campaigns, candidates and elected officials over the years. She is a true community advocate and an outstanding person.

We are so grateful to Alma for her selfless contributions to the Democrstic Party and most especially to the Davidson County Democratic Women for many years. This recognition is very well deserved!
