Here is to a successful Lego Competition at Richland Park Library! Special thanks to District 24 Council Person Brenda Gadd, Sylvan Park Elementary principal Elizabeth Goetz, and MNPS Architecture Head Rich McCoy for acting as our judges. We loved having all the unique displays for young patrons to observe and vote on throughout the month. Big congratulations to all our winners!

The Frist is on its way to Richland Park Branch Library!
Join us on Saturday, February 7 from 3:00-4:30 and again on Friday, February 13 from 4:00-5:30 to complete community art teacher-led activities in collage and fabric sculpture. These programs are completely free, friendly for all ages, and no supplies are required!

Richland Park Library is having a repair fair! Choose your broken and frayed items and join us on August 30, 2025 from 12:30 PM-3:30 PM to have them repaired by community volunteers free of charge. We're accepting all kinds of items in the categories of clothing and textiles, bicycles, home appliances, software and tech, knife sharpening, and woodworking. We are thrilled to work with Blood Assurance this Thursday to host a community blood drive! Register at the QR code by screenshotting and pressing and holding the QR code in your photos. Thanks to Blood Assurance for independently offering gift cards to donors!

NPL's Repair Fair is on its way to Richland Park! In August, we will invite our community members to bring their broken items of many categories to have them repaired free of charge. But first, we need repairers! Starry Night Story Time is officially happening every Thursday evening at 6pm. Join us at the Richland Park Branch library for 20-30 minutes of the program, followed by play time! Pajamas are always encouraged.
