State of Tennessee offices in Middle and West Tennessee including the Tennessee Board of Parole will be closed Friday, Jan. 30 due to winter weather. Any scheduled hearings will be rescheduled at their earliest available parole docket.

State of Tennessee offices in Middle and West Tennessee including the Tennessee Board of Parole will be closed January 28 & January 29 due to weather. Hearings will be rescheduled.

State offices will be closed this Monday & Tuesday due to winter weather.

All parole hearings at TDOC facilities will be rescheduled. All persons and registered interested parties will be notified when the hearings are rescheduled.

Hearings conducted in-person at county jails will be rescheduled the same as TDOC facilities.

Video hearings at county jails will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may be conducted.

WINTER STORM UPDATE: With this weekend's winter storm advisory, there is a possibility some parole hearings may not be able to be conducted next week.

We would urge anyone wishing to attend a hearing to contact the facility in advance. Any hearings that are cancelled will be rescheduled at the earliest available parole docket at each individual facility. Check back here for further updates.
