Our mission is to provide assistance and awareness to victims of domestic violence. Call 615-880-3000 if you need domestic violence or counseling assistance.
Phone are manned from 8:00 am to 10:00pm Monday through Friday. For police non-emergency assistance call 615-862-8600. Call 911 if you have a police emergency. The purpose of the Domestic Violence Division Program is to provide domestic violence reduction and awareness products to all persons affected by domestic violence. This is completed so that victims can lessen their risk of becoming victims

Last week our division and MNPD Family Intervention Programhad the opportunity to present a special course on teen dating at STEM Prep High School!

Thank you to the Office of Family Safety for recognizing Lt. Hammond’s commitment to helping victims and survivors of interpersonal violence. This award was presented in conjunction with Strangulation Awareness Day.
Lt. Hammond helps oversee a section which investigates the majority of high-risk DV cases and those involving strangulation. Congratulations and thank you, Lt. Hammond! 💙

💜EVAWI 2025 Conference – a dynamic, 3-day gathering of law enforcement, prosecutors, advocates, healthcare providers, and more, working together to advance promising practices and responses to gender-based violence.
