Did you know complete over 40 Toolbox Talks each year? Our Superintendents and Foremen lead these 10–15-minute, informal safety meetings on the jobsite to discuss potential hazards, raise awareness, and reinforce the safety rules crews learn during formal training. Communication is key to safety!

A recent storm event necessitated the emergency replacement of a failed cross drain on Pierce Road in Madison, TN. partnered with Nashville Metro Water Services to replace the existing 66” CMP with 32 LF of 76” X 48” horizontal elliptical reinforced concrete pipe to mitigate sinkhole issues.

This project is located in District 3, led by Council Member Jennifer Gamble Councilwoman District 3.

Project update for Thompson’s Station: installed approximately 1,300 linear feet of concrete sidewalk extension along Clayton Arnold Road between Allenwood Drive and the Avenue Downs subdivision. The came together today for our Q3 2026 quarterly meeting at headquarters! The morning kicked off with flagger and confined space training, followed by a shared meal from Little Cancun on the Go and company updates highlighting how much we’ve accomplished year-to-date.

recently partnered with Nashville Metro Water Services to respond quickly to complete emergency stormwater repairs on Baton Rouge Drive in Hermitage. Aging double 60” CMP deteriorated during a rain event, leading to roadway failure.

This project is located in District 4, led by Council Member Mike Cortese.

recently completed stormwater improvements on behalf of Nashville Metro Water Services in the Charlotte Park area. Aging infrastructure was replaced with a new 10’x 4’ slab bridge on Westboro Drive to mitigate structural deterioration and improve stormwater system performance.

This public infrastructure project is in District 20, led by Council Member Rollin Horton.
