So what do you do if you have an abundance (510 lbs) of Butternut Squash from Cul2vate Farms? --- CKO brings it to Lipscomb University and partner Head Chef Darry and take it to the quad and share cooking tips with the students -- Gone in a alittle over an hour. Then you pick up 1034 lbs of rescued food and take it to The Branch feeding 95 families twice a week - CKO is on the GO!!!
