At the Kentucky Derby, Army Recruiting, Louisville, KY, did an outstanding job telling the Army’s story today. A spirited crowd watched as 16 Future Soldiers took the oath, marking a proud moment. The event featured an exhilarating demonstration by the Golden Knights, who parachuted into the derby, as well as several individuals demonstrating their physical strength on a boxing machine.

Recently at Fort Bragg, NC, ARSOF CA soldiers put their tactical and strategic skills to the ultimate test during a Validation Exercise (VALEX). The scenario? Safely evacuating a partner force role player from a danger area while under simulated small arms fire.
Exercises like this are critical. They test the ability of our CA soldiers to execute their core missions under stress—from establishing vital civil-military coordination and confronting network vulnerabilities, to preparing for conflict and building lasting trust in unstable environments.
