The 74-year-old is 5’8”, 190 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on Thursday wearing dark colored sweatpants, a black jacket, and a black and gray baseball hat.

As a result of a joint investigation by the TBI, the Morristown Police Department, and the Hamblen County Sheriff’s Office, a Morristown woman has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison in connection with at least three overdose deaths.

NEWS ALERT: Working alongside the Brownsville Police Department, we're seeking the public's help in the ongoing investigation into a shooting at a park in West Tennessee.
On Friday evening, Brownsville officers responded to a park in the 900 block of Key Corner Street, where they located five individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. All five were transported to a local hospital, where one was later pronounced deceased.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. Anyone with pictures or video of the incident, witnesses to the shooting, or anyone with knowledge that might be helpful to investigators should contact 1-800-TBI-FIND. You can also email [email protected].

We have a sad update to pass along regarding the issued over the weekend out of Knox County.
74-year-old James Headrick has been located deceased in North Carolina. Our sincere condolences go out to his family.

James is 5'7”, 150 lbs., with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen on May 8th near the area of East Hendron Chapel Rd, wearing a camo hat, brown camo jacket, and tan pants. James may be traveling in a 2002 silver Toyota Corolla with TN tag BLL9701.
James has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
