Metro Council will hold the annual Public Hearing on the budget at its next meeting on June 2 at 6:30 PM. Members of the public may speak during the public hearing for up to two minutes, and there is no limit on how many people may speak. This is a chance for artists, organizations, and community members to share what the arts mean to them and how creative work shapes life in Nashville.
If you cannot attend the meeting, you can still make your voice heard by emailing your perspectives to Council at [email protected]. Reaching out directly is one of the most effective ways to help Council understand the role arts and culture play in neighborhoods across the city.
