The Telecommunications Devices Access Program (TDAP) provides specialized telecommunications devices to persons with particular disabilities. The devices are for persons who are either deaf, blind, hard of hearing, speech-disabled or have cognitive limitations.
——
Under the TDAP program we also have wireless solutions, such as iPhones and iPads. The devices are pre-loaded with Apps that are useful for persons with cognitive, hearing, speech, low vision, and physical disabilities.
