The Putnam County Family Resource Center, in partnership with hosted a wonderful Baby Fair for the community! We were thrilled to provide vital resources, essential baby items, and snacks to 70 families in the Putnam County area.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church Cookeville for generously allowing us to use their parish hall to host this event. 🤝
Thank you as well to all of the wonderful volunteers from Good News Co. and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church Cookeville who gave their time and energy to help make the day a success.

Catholic Charities would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to .columbia for their incredible generosity and support of the Family Resource Center in Columbia. CPWS has made a meaningful impact through their donation of food pantry items, hygiene supplies, diapers, and financial contributions to help the families we serve.
Thanks to their kindness, we are better equipped to serve families in need throughout the Maury County area. Our Family Resource Center provides assistance to people in need through our food pantry, hygiene and household essentials, connections to community resources, and opportunities to engage through community events. We also offer a home visiting program that supports mothers who are pregnant or caring for children under age three.
We are truly grateful for community partners like CPWS who help us strengthen and uplift families every day.

What a wonderful day for families in Maury County! đź‘¶đź’™
Our Catholic Charities Family Resource Center in Maury County, in partnership with Mother To Mother, recently hosted a Baby Fair that welcomed more than 100 mothers and families.
A special thank you to Matthew McKnight and Edge Church in Columbia for graciously providing the event space and volunteering alongside church members throughout the day. We’re also grateful to Muletown Coffee Roasters for donating delicious coffee and to First Horizon Bank for providing breakfast for attendees.
Shout out as well to our many community partners, including Maury Regional Health, Mental Health Cooperative, Centerstone, the American Job Center, the Maury County Health Department, Tennessee Department of Children’s Services Resource Linkage, Legal Aid Society, Relative Caregiver Program, Firefly, Tennessee Voices, UT-TSU Extension of Maury County, Pregnancy Center, and Kids Place, for sharing valuable resources with participating families.
Events like this are only possible because of the generosity and collaboration of our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make the Baby Fair such a success!

A heartfelt thank you to the Hispanic Catechism group at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church Iglesia Santa Catalina de Siena for their generous support of our pantry in Maury County.
Students, parents, and teachers came together to collect hygiene and household items that will help families and individuals in our community facing difficult times. We are deeply grateful for their compassion and for putting their faith into action.

Community partnerships in action 🙌
The Maury County Prevention Coalition, Maury County Sheriff’s Department, Maury Regional Health, and Catholic Charities in Maury County recently came together to host a Drug Take Back and Wellness Fair—bringing resources, education, and support directly to the community.
From safe medication disposal to connecting families with vital services, this event was a great example of what can happen when organizations unite with a shared purpose. We’re grateful to everyone who helped make it a success and to all who came out to participate.
