Today marks the 25th anniversary of 9/11. At the start of our motion docket, we observed a moment of silence. This time of reflection was a stark contrast to the nature of this docket. As a domestic court, we see individuals and families as they navigate intense, difficult, and life-changing moments. In the midst of these moments, we were reminded of the preciousness of life and the importance of appreciating the people around you. Life can change in an instant, we mustn’t take it for granted.
