Today’s Be Pro Be Proud Tennessee event at Sumner County Schools showcased the power of collaboration in strengthening Tennessee’s workforce pipeline. As the Tennessee Chamber’s workforce development initiative, Be Pro Be Proud Tennessee brings together policymakers, local chambers of commerce, workforce development leaders, educators, and industry partners to connect students with rewarding, high-demand career opportunities across our state.

Our Federal Affairs Committee met with Congressman Matt Van Epps for a thoughtful conversation on the federal issues shaping Tennessee’s business climate and workforce.
We discussed priorities that matter to our members—from economic competitiveness and regulatory impacts to strengthening the talent pipeline that keeps Tennessee moving forward. These conversations help ensure our business community has a strong, informed voice in Washington.
