It’s Almost Here!

Navigating Transition Services & Supports
Thursday, September 24, 2026, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM CT

If you haven’t registered yet, there is still time.

We’re kicking off our first webinar of the year with a session focused on helping youth and young adults with disabilities, families, educators, and professionals better understand the transition from school to adult life.

What You Can Expect?

Presenter Jena Costanzo, Special Education, Vanderbilt University will help participants understand:

Why transition planning matters

Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)

Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Transition Services

VR Employment Services

How these services can work together as youth prepare for employment and adult life

How to use Tennessee Disability Pathfinder to find transition-related resources and build a network of support

Transition can involve a lot of decisions, questions, and moving parts. This webinar is designed to help make the process easier to understand and give participants a clearer picture of the supports available along the way.
