Remember the Iguana found in June? Well he's been in an experienced foster home ever since. We had recieved a few applications, but after much consideration, we knew it was best he went into a rescue/sanctuary to continue with his rehabilitation, as his growth is greatly stunted.

A huge thank you to Alison and her team at Pandemonium Rainforest Project for taking him on!

If you've never heard of this rescue/sanctuary - I highly suggest you make time to go visit! The old factory is a Thrift Store full of hidden gems that help support their mission. Then head outside to visit all the animals they have saved from many cruelty cases throughout the state!

It's one of mine and my daughter's favorite spots to visit!

‼️ RESCUE OR ADOPTER DESPERATELY NEEDED ‼️ This boy needs out!

Archie came to us as a stray on May 17, 2026 - he is extremely kennel stressed and needs out!

Archie is a PitX - estimated to be about 2 to 4 years old. Will need to be neutered and vetted. He is potty trained, knows some basic commands, is super sweet and loving

- Archie needs daily exercise and mental stimulation and we are just unable to provide with all the animals in our care. Archie is starting to hyperfiscate his anxiety on trees, roots, fencing, really whatever he can take his anxiety out on and is starting to cause harm to himself. Even with access to toys, bones, etc.

He has been non reactive to the other dogs, doesn't make a peep in his kennel. He desperately needs a safe, quiet space to decompress. Please, please, I do not want to have to say goodbye to this one.

Rescues please contact Officer Tooth at 203.729.4324 [email protected]

Adopters - please fill out our application on our website www.naugatuckanimalcontrol.com
