Caren Lowrey and Robert Smith Jr. are both running for election this November. They were handing out candy to the little ones at the Halloween walking parade in Downtown Allentown. Caren is running for State Rep for the 132nd District and Robert is running for State Rep for the 22nd District. They’re both great individuals and interested in helping families. I know both of them. Please keep them in mind when voting this Tuesday.
