🥁🎶 What a GREAT morning to be a Wildcat!

South School had a BLAST this morning visiting NHS to watch the marching band perform! Our Wildcats loved seeing the musicians in action, feeling the beat, and experiencing the excitement of the band up close! 🎺🥁

A huge THANK YOU to Neosho High School for welcoming us and giving our students such a fun and memorable experience! ❤️

🐾 Congratulations to our Spirit of a Wildcat winner, Coach Arthur! 🐾

Coach Arthur is so much more than a coach—he is an essential part of what makes South successful!

From building critical and meaningful relationships with students and staff, to mowing the playground and giving up his weekends to make our campus shine, to coming to the rescue whenever we need him, he does whatever it takes to make South the best it can be.

His heart of gold, servant leadership, and his dedication does not go unnoticed. South simply could not function the way it does without him! We are so lucky to have you, Coach Arthur! 🖤💛

A HUGE shoutout to Mrs. Ebbinghaus’s class for collecting an incredible 100 cans of chicken noodle soup to support Bright Futures Neosho! 🥫❤️

Their generosity and teamwork helped make a difference for families in our community, and their hard work earned them a well-deserved ICE CREAM PARTY! 🍦🎉

We are so proud of these Wildcats for showing what it means to care for others and make a positive impact beyond our school walls!

Way to go, Mrs. Ebbinghaus’s class! That's how we do it SOUTH STYLE! 🐾💛🖤

🍂🐿️ Learning is falling into place in 1st grade! 🌰💛

After reading about fall and squirrels, our first graders took their learning outdoors for a nature walk before putting their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test with a STEM Acorn Chute Challenge! 🍁

From exploring nature to designing and testing their creations, our Wildcats were learning, thinking, and having fun every step of the way SOUTH STYLE! 🖤💛

📚💛 Teachers aren’t just teachers… they’re lifelong learners! 🐾

📖 At South Elementary, we believe great teaching starts with a commitment to never stop learning! Today our teachers are diving deeper into the power of high-quality questioning and exploring ways to strengthen student thinking, deepen comprehension, and enhance literacy skills. 🧠

When we invest in our teachers, we invest in our students! We’re proud to have a team that continues to learn, grow, and find new ways to help every Wildcat succeed! 🖤💛
