🎃👻 Happy Halloween from all of us at NAHA! 🧡🖤

Wishing all of our residents and neighbors a safe, fun, and spook-tacular Halloween filled with sweet treats, big smiles, and wonderful memories!

As our little ghosts and goblins head out for some Halloween fun, here are a few friendly reminders to keep everyone safe:

🍬 Stick together! Little trick-or-treaters should always have a trusted adult nearby.
🔦 Be seen! Carry a flashlight, wear reflective gear, and watch for traffic when crossing streets.
🚗 Slow down! Drivers, please use extra caution in our NAHA neighborhoods and keep an eye out for excited trick-or-treaters.
🏡 Be a good neighbor! Stay on sidewalks when possible, respect others' property, and help keep our communities safe and welcoming.

Most importantly, have fun, make memories, and enjoy all the Halloween magic! 🎃✨
Happy Halloween, NAHA families! 🧡

🌕✨ Another beautiful evening under the Harvest Moon! 🎷🍂

Our 4th Annual Harvest Moon Gala at Mark Elrod Tower was filled with wonderful music, laughter, friendship, and plenty of smiles!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our very own Ms. Willa for once again putting together such a beautiful event for our residents. Her dedication to bringing people together and creating special memories is just one of the many things that makes our NAHA community so special! 🧡

🎶 A special thank you to the Jamey Aebersold Band for providing incredible live entertainment and setting the perfect tone for a wonderful celebration!

🍂🏡 Fall Into a Clean & Cozy Home!

Cooler weather is here, and a little seasonal cleaning and maintenance can go a long way toward keeping your home safe, comfortable, and pest-free!

As the temperatures drop, we're encouraging all NAHA residents to take a few simple steps to get their homes ready for fall and winter.

🍁 Your Fall Home Maintenance Checklist:

☐ Declutter your space: Clear out unnecessary items, especially around doors, windows, closets, and storage areas.

☐ Keep food sealed: Store pantry items in airtight containers and clean up crumbs and spills to avoid attracting pests.

☐ Take out the trash regularly: Keep garbage in closed containers and avoid leaving trash or food outside your home.

☐ Check for unwanted visitors: Cooler weather can send mice and other pests looking for a warm place to stay. Contact NAHA Maintenance to request rodent traps or report signs of pest activity. Please don't use your own poisons or unapproved traps.

☐ Clean around appliances: Sweep behind your stove and refrigerator when safely accessible to remove crumbs and debris.

☐ Check your heating system: Make sure vents and heating units are clear of furniture, clothing, and other items.

☐ Test smoke detectors: Make sure they're working properly and report any issues to Maintenance.

☐ Keep walkways clear: Remove leaves, clutter, and other items from entryways and outdoor spaces to prevent slips and falls.

☐ Report maintenance concerns: Leaky faucets, gaps around doors, damaged weatherstripping, and other small issues should be reported before they become bigger problems.

🧡 A little fall cleaning makes a big difference! By working together, we can help keep our homes and NAHA neighborhoods clean, safe, and comfortable all season long.

🔧 Need assistance? Contact NAHA Maintenance to report concerns or request service.
