Weโre looking for a Sales & Event Manager to join our team at the beautiful Riverfront Convention Center of Craven County!
This role manages all aspects of event sales, planning, ex*****on, operations, and staff supervisionโensuring exceptional client experiences from start to finish.
๐ Highlights of the Role:
โข Respond to booking inquiries, conduct tours, and prepare contracts
โข Plan and manage event logistics, staff scheduling, and operational readiness
โข Oversee event ex*****on, including setup and tear-down
โข Supervise staff and assist with daily center operations
โข Manage inventories, budgets, and food/beverage operations (including Adult Beverage compliance)
โข Ensure facility readiness, safety procedures, and excellent client experiences
โข Work flexible hours based on event schedules
๐ Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Hospitality or Business Management and 5+ years of hospitality experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
