🚨 BOIL WATER NOTICE: COPPER RIDGE SUBDIVISION - October 15, 2026 🚨

NBU has issued a boil water notice for customers in the Copper Ridge subdivision only following a water main break that caused a loss of water pressure.

Crews are working to repair the break and restore normal water pressure.

What affected customers should do:

💧 Bring tap water to a vigorous rolling boil for at least two minutes, then allow it to cool before using it for:
• Drinking
• Cooking or preparing food and beverages
• Making ice
• Brushing teeth
• Washing fruits and vegetables

Use bottled water or another safe source of drinking water if you are unable to boil water.

🚫 Temporarily stop irrigation and other nonessential water use until the boil water notice is lifted. Reducing water use will help water pressure recover as crews make repairs. 🚫

Low water pressure can allow contaminants to enter the drinking water system. The notice will remain in effect until testing confirms the water is safe. NBU will notify affected customers when the notice has been lifted and normal water use can resume.
