📌 Yesterday, some of our Pulaski students were chosen to attend a Women Empowerment Leadership Conference with Ms. Lanz.

At the State Armory Building, these girls had the opportunity to learn, and listen to stories of resilience, adversity, and achievement from panelists of all different backgrounds.

We can’t wait to inspire our future women leaders! Way to represent, Pulaski! 🫡

⭐️ Introducing Pulaski Middle School’s September Students of the Month! 🎉

Congratulations to our first recipients of the 2026-2027 school year of our student of the month awards. Each grade level team selected a student who demonstrated excellence academically, has shown good attendance, and has demonstrated respect, responsibility, & pride everyday.

Pictured first are our 6th grade winners, then 7th grade, and 8th grade. Each grade level winner had their picture taken with the grade level AP, and our building Principal, Ms. Whitehead.

Students will also have their certificate posted in our main office, and will be awarded a Principal’s breakfast!

Thank you to our school counselor team for sending this out to our teachers and finding time to reward our star students. That is the Pulaski way. Nice job Generals! 🫡

🏫 Last week we had a busy Open House here at Pulaski where we welcomed families and guardians as well as many community sponsors who support our Generals community. 🙌

Big shout out to our PTA, Ms. Bailey, Mr. Gibson, Ms. Davila, Ms. Wells, Ms. Cannata, Mr. Matias, Ms. Belisle, Ms. Simmone, Mr. Scelia, and all staff who organized the event.

We had many community sponsors to thank, including the NB PAL, the New Britain Public Library, the School Based Health Clinic, Thoughtful Transformation Therapy, and Wheeler Clinic.

We also want to thank many businesses who donated prizes, such as Lessard Lanes, Fun city, Putters Paradise, Dunkin Donuts, Capital Lunch, Frisbees, and Blaze Barbershop.

We had almost 200 parents attend, and were so glad to have a successful night! 🫡

Some of our 8th grade Generals took flight today! ✈️

Students from Mr. Rio, Mr. Mason, Mr. Benoit, Mr. Sims, Mrs. Mazzotta, and Ms. Giannini’s homerooms were able to explore the New England Air Museum in Windsor Locks, CT where they got to see aircraft from various military while also learning about various airspace engineering, air travel, and U.S. History.

The other half of 8th grade will have the opportunity to go on the same field trip on October 15th.

Way to represent today, Generals, now prepare for liftoff! 🚁🫡
