Our Fire/Medical Dispatchers are a critical link in emergency response. From dispatching fire companies, EMTs, and paramedics to tracking responding units, coordinating resources, and keeping first responders informed, they’re an essential part of every response.

💰 $23.25–$37.88/hour with future contractual raises
📅 2-2-4 schedule: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off

The summer heat is here, and our firefighters are out there protecting our communities every day. Let’s help keep them cool and hydrated!

Inspired by the great work being done by our friends at Eastern Shore Undercover, we’re launching our very first community contest!

🏆 HOW IT WORKS:

✅ Purchase cases of bottled water
✅ Drop them off at your local fire company
✅ Take a photo of your donation
✅ Keep track of how many cases you’ve donated
✅ Send your photos and donation totals to 302 Delaware Pulse
✅ You have to be a member of our page to participate

🎁 GRAND PRIZE:
The person who donates the MOST cases of water during the contest will receive a $100 Wawa Gift Card!

Now through July 31, 2026

August 1, 2026

Josh Pierce, a dedicated Part Time Firefighter/EMT with Holloway Terrace Fire Company, is preparing to begin an exciting new chapter as he departs for U.S. Navy boot camp. Known among his peers for his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to serving others, Josh has made a meaningful impact in his time with the company. Whether responding to emergencies or supporting his fellow firefighters, he consistently demonstrated professionalism and a calm, focused presence. As he transitions into military service, Josh carries with him the same sense of duty and teamwork that defined his role in the fire service. The Holloway Terrace Fire Company proudly supports him and looks forward to seeing all he will accomplish while serving his country.
