To better connect disaster survivors with available resources and support, 211 will now serve as the primary point of contact for the State Disaster Relief Fund (SDRF). By calling 211, survivors will be connected with live representatives who can assess their unmet needs and provide assistance with SDRF-related questions, including starting an application, technical support, payment updates and next steps in the application process.
The 211 disaster response center is available from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. For support, please dial 2-1-1 or 866-211-9966. Callers will be prompted to dial #9 for disaster resources. Individuals call also text IN211HELP to **898-211** for additional disaster resources.
