December had just begun, and it was colder than ever before. Sonia Reed was lying on the sofa blankly, listening to the screams of her mother-in-law, Jean White, coming from downstairs.

“Sonia Reed! It’s one thing if you can’t give birth to a child—now, you’ve even started to not cook on time? Are you trying to starve me and Tyler to death?”

In the six years that she was married to Toby Fuller, her mother-in-law had always complained that she was a hen that could not lay eggs. However, no one had stopped to think that her husband had never touched her since the beginning of their marriage.

“Quickly come down and help me organize my school bag! I still have to go to school, for God’s sake!” a teenager urged.

Tyler was Toby’s younger brother; he was simply the devil’s spawn. Ever since Sonia married into this family, he had been finding different ways to torture her each day. In his opinion, this sister-in-law that his brother married was an easy target.

Upon hearing that, Sonia went downstairs, entered the kitchen to cook, and then sorted out Tyler’s school bag and lunch boxes like a robot.

  “Mom, food is ready!”

Jean got angry as soon as she saw Sonia’s emotionless look. Immediately, she slammed the glass of water on the table and said, “Gee, Sonia! You’re spending my son’s money and living in his house, so how dare you wear this scornful expression! Believe it or not, I will call Toby immediately and ask him to divorce you right away!”

Sonia’s hand which was holding the dinner plate shook. She then took a deep breath and forced a smile. “Mom, I’m not scornful.”

Jean didn’t buy it, and instead said in a strange manner, “Sonia, don't think that just because you have the old woman’s support, your place as Mrs. Fuller is guaranteed. After all, you are nothing in front of Tina!”

Sonia turned pale when she heard the woman’s name.

Tyler saw how the situation unfolded with his own two eyes. Immediately, he grinned and said, “Don’t you know? Tina is about to be discharged from the hospital. My brother is going to bring her home to live with us.”

Sonia’s eyelids twitched, and the hands that she’d used to rearrange the plates trembled once more.

Jean couldn’t bear to look at Sonia’s fake grievances, so she snorted coldly and waved at her dismissively. “Don’t stand in front of me! You’re ruining my appetite. Get out of here!”

Sonia, too, didn’t want to stay there any longer, so she walked upstairs and sat back onto the sofa.

In the evening, a Maybach stopped at the door. Noticing that, Sonia immediately got up from the sofa and trotted to the balcony to look down.

A slender man in a suit got out of the car. He had a handsome face and outstanding temperament—he looked even better than some of the celebrities on TV. The man seemed to notice that someone was looking at him, so he looked up to see Sonia. His eyes were cold and merciless. However, Sonia had long accustomed to this look, and the corners of her mouth twitched without a hint of a smile.

After Toby entered the room, Sonia ran the water in the bathtub for him to bathe as usual. “Honey, Grandma has been to the temple for almost a month. In the afternoon, she called and said she’s praying for your safety—”

“I have something to tell you.” Toby stopped Sonia, who was busy preparing his bath.

Hearing that, Sonia looked back. Toby only stared at her with his dark eyes; there was indifference and alienation in them—never any warmth. He moved his thin lips and said in a deep voice, “Tina is coming back, so you will move out tomorrow.”

Sonia’s heart turned to ice, inch by inch. Surely enough, Tyler was right.

“What if I refuse to?” Her voice was soft, like a cloud of misty smoke.

Toby frowned as soon as he heard what she said. This was the first time this obedient woman ever disobeyed him. His voice was cold as he uttered, “Don’t forget how you even got married to me six years ago.”

How could she forget? When Tina had a car accident, she was the one that called the ambulance and even periodically transfused her rare blood to Tina. With that, Toby was grateful to her and promised her that he would grant her a request. At that time, Sonia said that her only request was to marry him.

That was a thought that had been deeply rooted in her ever since the first time she saw Toby in high school.

  Prologue

I looked down at the purple and white pregnancy test. It told me what I already feared. I'm pregnant. I'm an eighteen-year-old pregnant woman who was still in high school. I sighed and ran my hands through my hair. So many questions were running through my mind. How is William going to respond? Will he be happy or sad? I knew he loved me, he told me every day, but a baby can change things.

Most importantly, how would my mother respond? She would definitely be disappointed since I followed her footsteps by getting pregnant in High school. But she wouldn't react too bad right? She had me when she was sixteen, and I'm two years older than that. I'll survive just like she did.

I stood from the toilet seat and placed the pregnancy test in my bag. I exit the stall, then washed my hands. I walked out of the bathroom and made my way back to the lunchroom.

"Hey, babe," William said as he saw me walking towards our usual table. "What took you so long?"

"Can we talk?" I asked without acknowledging the other persons around the table.

He gave me a small smile, causing his brown eyes to light up, "Sure."

I walked ahead of him until we enter one of the janitor's closets. William, thinking this was going to be one of our makeout sessions, smashed his lips on mine. I wasn't having it, so I pulled away.

"What's wrong?" he asked with frustration in his voice.

"I'm pregnant." I looked at his face waiting for a positive reaction, but I got the opposite.

  "What?" he scolded.

  "I'm pregnant," I repeated.

He shook his head, "That can't be mine."

I raised my eyebrows at him, "Of course it's yours. You're the only person I've ever had s*x with."

All the softness that was on his face was now gone, "Really because I saw Peter grabbing your butt the other day and you didn't stop him or tell him off."

I rolled my eyes, "Peter does that to everyone. He's only my friend. I've only been intimate with you."

He hissed his teeth, "Stop lying! Everyone knows you're a bitch. You sleep around. Just like your mother." Before I could think I lifted my hands and slapped him across his face. How dare he speak about my mother. She worked so hard to provide for me all by herself, and he was calling her a pr******te.

Alton was a small town, and so when a single mom moves to town with her daughter, she gets attention. There was no doubt, my mother has dated a few of the men around town, but she wasn't selling her body to them.

He wasn't the first persons I've heard with it, and he most likely won't be the last.

"Listen to me, you jerk. Never call my mother a w***e again. She raised me by herself without the help of a man, so don't you dare disrespect her. She's twice the woman your golddigger of a mother will be." I never meant to call his mother a golddigger, but he was always going around telling people what a golddigger she was, so why not throw it back in his face.

"Good, because you're going to be just like your mother and raise this baby on your own because It's not mine and I don't want it." he barked out the words before he exits the closet making sure to slam the door.

I took a deep breath, and the tears that were hiding fell. How could he be so cruel? Only yesterday he was telling me he loved me, yet he didn't mean it because he thought I was sleeping with Peter. All along, he was using me for s*x. Why didn't I realize it until now?

The 'I love you babe' and the 'You mean the world to me' was all a ploy to get in my pants and I fell for it, every single time.

I sat down on the cleaning equipment and cried my eyes out.

At least I still have my mother.

I looked at my mother as she placed the grocery bags on the table. "Hey, baby. Are you okay? You don't look so well. Is everything okay?"

  "Mom," I sobbed.

She rushed to my side to console me. She wrapped her hands around my shoulder. "What's wrong, baby? Why are you crying?"

I shook my head. I couldn't tell her. Not after she's worked so hard to put food on the table. Not when she just came from a long day at the diner. Not when she's had a long day of nasty customers.

  "Tell me."

"I'm pregnant." Her arms went rigid, and she released me from her hug. She stood from the couch and looked at me.

She shook her head. "No. You're not pregnant." I could see the thoughts running through her mind as she thinks about history repeating itself.

"I am. I found out today." A few tears fell from my eyes. "William doesn't want the baby."

She shook her head, "How could you? You see me struggle to make ends meet and you go get yourself pregnant!" she shouted.

"It was an accident." William always used a condom, I made sure of it, but something must have gone wrong the last time we had s*x.

"An accident." she paused. "Just like you. No. You're not an accident. You were a mistake. I should have listened to my mother and got an abortion." Her cruel words cut through me like a poisonous knife. "Get out!" she shouted, pointing to the door.

  "What?" she couldn't be serious.

"I said get out," she repeated.

"Mom," I pled. She didn't mean it. She loved me.

"Get the hell out of my house. Go find that boyfriend of yours and let him take care of you because I don't spend my money on w***es."

The tears fell rapidly from my eyes. "Mom, you can't do this. I'm your daughter."

"My parents kicked me out when I decided I was going to keep you and so I'm kicking you out too. After everything that I've done for you, this is my payback. Get out before I throw you out."

I flinched at her words and stood from the couch. I started to walk towards the bedroom but stopped when she called out, "Where do you think you're going? The door is that way." she fumed.

  "I'm going for my things."

"What things? You've never worked a day in your life, so you don't own anything in this house."

"Mom" I pled again. This couldn't be happening to me.

"Get out! You're nothing but a nasty w***e. Go let the man who got you pregnant care for you." her words hurt so much and I couldn't take it anymore, so I did what she was asking and left the one-bedroom apartment.

  What do I do now?

  I'm homeless and pregnant.

Chapter 1

  Six months later

I covered myself with the dirty blanket as I lay uncomfortably on the park bench. I couldn't sleep, and it was almost dawn, so I had to get up before people started doing morning jogs. I hated the looks that people gave me. They didn't even care if I heard what they were saying and nothing they said was nice. It was all mean and cruel.

Unable to sleep because of the thoughts running through my head, I stood up from the bench and rubbed my eyes. My back and muscles were killing me, but it wasn't anything new. It came with being pregnant, and it came with living on the concrete or park benches. I tried living in shelters, but they were awful. The men tried to force themselves on me even though I told them I was pregnant. I couldn't take the harassment, so I never stayed for more than a week.

I looked down at my stomach, and I rest my hands on it. "Good morning, baby girl." I felt a small kick in response, so I smiled.

She was the reason for my smile. She was the only thing in my life that was worth living for. Nothing else mattered but her. I've been going to a free clinic and the nurses there were sweet, and they took care of me. They probably knew I was homeless, but they didn't mention it.

I took up the old torn duffle bag and walked to the back of the park and entered the restroom. I looked in the mirror at myself. My dark hair was a mess, my eyes were baggy, and the clothes I am wearing were old and big.

I sighed. Old and big clothes were better than none.

I wet my rag and filled my water bottle with water then entered one of the stalls. I took off my clothes then used the rag, water and a tiny piece of soap that I had to clean myself up.

When I was finished, I took out a dress that I got from a thrift store yesterday and placed it over my body. The clothes that I received at the shelters no longer fit because my belly was getting bigger and bigger every day. I exited the restroom and started to walk to the entrance of the park. If I didn't have a big dirty duffle bag on my shoulder, I'd look like any normal pregnant teen. But it wasn't the case because the duffle bag was proof of the hard life I've lived. I left Illinois the day after my mother kicked me out and never went back. Ever since I've been moving from one place to the next. I never stayed anywhere for too long because it was too dangerous. People would notice the pattern, and that could put my baby and me at risk. So I stayed only three days per town or city and then I'd revisit it next month.

I was in New York. People were willing to give money here. Sometimes I'd get as much as fifty dollars a day, which was enough to buy food and beverage and to save I had to save, I have a baby coming in less than three months, and I have no idea where I was going to live when she arrived.

It was still too early for me to go to Times Square, so I just started to walk around the street, admiring my surroundings.

  How did I get here?

Seven months ago, I had a life. I got a full scholarship, and I was planning on going to college, for free. All that was ruined because I thought I was in love with someone, so I gave them my body. Looking back, I realize that even though Will said he loved me numerous times, he never meant it. He only wanted s*x, and I was too dumb to realize it at the time.

Seven months ago, I had a not-so-big bed that I shared with my mother. It wasn't silk, but it was better than sleeping on concrete or benches.

Seven months ago, I had a mother who would have gone hell over earth for me, and now all I have is myself and my baby.

All alone in this cruel world.

I didn't know I would get pregnant. I didn't know that Will would accuse me of cheating. I didn't know that my mother would have kicked me out of the house.

I guess this is what people mean when they say expect the unexpected.

It was summer, and so I would have been preparing to move to Northwestern University to start my degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering where I'd stay for four years. Afterwards, I would have gotten a job as a Civil Construction Project Manager. I'd build places, homes and offices. It was ironic because I don't even have a place to live. Being on the road has taught me things, and I've seen things. Some pretty awful things.

One day I found a little corner to sleep, and around midnight some men attacked a woman with guns and r***d her. Each one got his try on her body, and there was nothing I could have done but sit in terror and watch the scene play out. I couldn't get myself or my baby killed, not when I was fighting so hard to stay alive.

There was something deep in my bone that told me that this wasn't it for me. Something tells me that this isn't the way life is supposed to be for me. So I fight both physically and mentally. I found a pocket knife on the ground a few months back, and I wasn't afraid to use it on anyone who thinks they could put their hands on me.

I was homeless, but it wasn't easy.

I wanted a life for myself and my baby. I wanted a life better than the one my mother lived. I didn't want to work in a diner with customers yelling at me because their coffee didn't have enough sugar or their food was too hot.

Chapter 1 - Not before and no possibilities in the future!

The woman was lying on the bed. The soft moonlight from the window was shining on her pale face. What a s*xy scene!

Christopher Loomis looked at the numb woman who was pressed down by him. He said with a mocking smile, "Isn't this what you want?"

Leslie Ward's face looked much paler than before. Her chin was suddenly pinched tightly by the man before she could say anything. This pain made her cry out.

"Have you forgotten what day it is today?" Christopher said with mockery. At the same time, the pressure on his hand got stronger again.

Her pupils contracted instantly while something was striking on her mind. Then her whole body kept trembling.

"Even the day of remembrance of your sister can be forgotten, you are really a ruthless woman, ah."Christopher said while his body was still moving through her body. It would be nice if Evelyn had not been killed by this woman.

Leslie was accustomed to hearing Christopher's taunts, but her heart still can't help but throb.

She had been married with Christopher for three years. But she loved him for more than three years. Why Christopher overlooked her, only sneered at her these years? He only loved Evelyn. Even giving her love with both hands initiatively, she would not get any concern from him.

Christopher's voice rang in her ears again, "You went to great lengths to be married with me, even put your own sister's life on the line. Now everything is as you wish, what are you not satisfied with?"

She closed her mouth tightly without any word. She was afraid that if she opened her mouth, she would no longer be able to hold back her emotions that were about to erupt.

But her silence at this time seemed to be a provocation to Christopher. His movement became more violent and faster. Leslie finally cannot help but groan painfully.

Half an hour later, Christopher pulled out from her body and went into the bathroom. Leslie endured the pain in her body and wrapped herself up tightly with the quilt.

Christopher came out of the bathroom and saw the way she was. His heart was ignited with anger again. He said, "Leslie, don't you just want me to f**k you? Now your reaction is for what? The bitch still wants to declare herself a virgin?"

Leslie gritted her teeth. In the past, Christopher made love with her with saying nothing. Just to satisfy physical needs, and the woman can be her or someone else.

He ridiculed her like this. Only on the day of Evelyn's remembrance every year, he hated her even more.

  "I'm sorry."

Christopher frowned unconsciously when he heard her tiny voice. He walked towards Leslie and lifted her quilt.

Leslie looked flustered and curled herself up into a ball. But Christopher was not ready to let her off the hook, "You make me feel sick now."

Tears could not be controlled in her eyes. Christopher did not see her abnormality because of her messy hair.

In his memory, Leslie never cried.

"Christopher Loomis, what do you want me to do?" Her voice was a little hoarse, but it did a good job in hiding her trembling voice.

Christopher looked at the wretched her from a high position, "Clean the picture frame."

That was Evelyn's photo, which Christopher regarded as a treasure.

She got up slowly and moved her feet step by step towards the photo. She found a stain on the glass of the frame. It may be rubbed on accidentally. Did Christopher's anger just for this?

She looked upward subconsciously, but hit Christopher's obscure eyes. "On the first day you lived in this house, I said that you needed to do nothing but wiping the picture every day. It must be stainless."

Leslie's hands with the frame shocked and almost dropped the frame. Christopher's heart was filled with anger suddenly. There was a tinge of shade in his voice, "If the frame in your hands is broken, then you will take your life to pay for it!"

"My life in your mind is not as important as a picture frame?" Leslie asked with a shudder. It seemed like her heart was torn into pieces, painful even unable to breathe.

"Leslie, you are worthless in my mind." The unforgiving words made Leslie collapse completely. Tears kept flowing down from her face. She turned up her voice suddenly, looking straight at Christopher and said "For these years, you put all your heart in this photo, not willing to share your heart even a little bit with me?"

This was the first time he saw Leslie's tears. He was astonished just for a second. He took two steps forward to look at Leslie with his brooding eyes. Then he still said mercilessly, "Leslie, I did not love you before, and would not love you in the future."

Chapter 2: The baby will be in danger

Leslie saw his cold eyes. She felt painful like her heart was tore by someone.

She didn't know where she got the courage. She tilted her head to see the man and said resolutely, "How can I be no better than her? She has already gone."

She was not a sycophant. But her thoughts in her mind are always out of her control.

Christopher smiled without any emotion and his deep eyes coalesced with chilling fear.

She had no time to react. Leslie's head was fiercely pressed against the ground by him, without giving her chances to response.

Her head hit the floor in a mess.

"Take a look at your face!" He stood there and looked down at her. "Leslie, who do you think you are? Your ugly face makes me feel disgusting!"

Leslie cannot feel the pain. She smiled, "Whatever I do is wrong. She is always better than me."

The anger in his mind grew even more when Christopher saw the smile on her face.

This woman was a murderer. Why she still lived a good life, while his lover had to lie in the dark and cold graveyard?

Christopher pressed her head harder until Leslie couldn't struggle. He said "Don't mention Evelyn again! You don't deserve to be compared with her. If Evelyn hadn't saved you before she died, you have no chance to be my wife."

The more Christopher said, the more angrily he became. And the force from his hands got harder and harder.

Leslie's head got hurt under Christopher's brutality. At the same time, her stomach was churned ragingly.

She wanted to scream that it was not true. Her throat was burning. All the sounds were stuck in her throat.

It seemed that her body didn't belong to her. Then finally, she felt like throwing up.

The vomit stained Christopher's feet. Christopher's eyes flashed with obvious disgust. He said in a cold voice, "What a disgusting woman!"

Although he said like that, the pressure from his hands released unconsciously.

He got up and looked at Leslie in a condescending way without any pity.

However, Leslie was still lying on the floor. Her face was facing right in front of her vomit. Yet she was lying there motionlessly like a broken puppet doll.

Christopher felt more disgusted when he saw her half-dead look. "Leslie, please put away your disgusting hypocrisy look. Only the kind-hearted Evelyn would believe you. Please go a little farther away if you want to die."

Leslie was not pretending. Her limbs cannot be controlled by herself. That feeling just like they were not her limbs. Even she herself could not move them at all.

She was lying on the ground and said weakly "I'm not lying to you."

Christopher was still watching her who was lying on the ground, struggling, "You have been lying to me for many times in the past three years. Do you think I will still believe you, a woman full of lies?"

Finally, Leslie climbed to the front of the shelf. She opened her bag. A test report just flied towards his face.

Christopher's eagle-like eyes saw the words written on it for a second.

  'Five weeks pregnant'

He lifted Leslie up with his strong hand. And he strangled her neck tightly.

Leslie was too weak to struggle. She was like a dying woman.

Christopher roared in anger, "Leslie, how many times have I said. Don't play this little trick to fool me again! Have you not got enough lessons? "

"You are a woman who was left out of the picture by me. You have no qualification to provide me such a false certificate by a major hospital."

Christopher gritted his teeth angrily and said, "As long as you have money, you could buy anything! A single certificate like this is a small case."

He wanted to slam this woman to the ground hardly so that she would become the most humble mole. But another voice in his heart told him to let this woman go.

Leslie coughed a few times. She had trouble breathing. "If you still don't believe me, please take me to the hospital. Who dares to deceive you all over City A?"

Christopher threw Leslie on the bed, then quickly dressed and dragged Leslie to the hospital.

For the first time, his heart got panicked.

The doctor gave the results to Christopher as fast as he could.

"Congratulations, Mr. Loomis. Your wife's blood and urine have been checked. She is pregnant for about five weeks."

The doctor originally meant to congratulate him. But Christopher did feel good. Instead, his face became more and more gloomy.

The doctor had to say with trepidation, "Your wife is pregnant, but she is not well. She has suffered a serious impact. She must nurture the baby properly. Or I am afraid that this child will be in danger."

Chapter 1 First meet in The Howe family

  Arial city, high-speed railway station.

A woman in white T jeans came out with a suitcase.

She looked delicate and pretty, with flowing and slightly curly hair. Under the eyebrows, she has a pair of bright eyes, a tall nose, and cherry lips. Even a plain face made people shine at the moment.

"Hello, are you Nora? I am The Howe family's driver."

Nora nodded. She casually followed the driver into the car. She was so tired.

The car left the high-speed railway station. On the way, the driver couldn't help looking at the woman with her eyes closed through the rearview mirror.

  This was Asher's fiancee.

Who was Asher? The president of The Howe Group, who was only 21 years old, was a big boss who was highly effective and clever, and everyone was scared of him.

It's ridiculous that Howard made an engagement for Asher with someone many years ago. However, that one turned out to be Nora, who had no background and came from the countryside by high-speed rail?

The driver looked at Nora with a simple face and couldn't help sign. Cinderella wanted to marry into a rich family. It was difficult!

At this time, Nora in the back row slowly opened her eyes and looked at the strange city calmly.

The car soon arrived in The Howe family, and the driver carried Nora's luggage.

As soon as Nora entered the door, she was stopped. A lady stood at the door. That woman glanced up and down disdainfully at Nora.

  "Lynn."

  "Madame, here we come."

Lynn, who was the maid of the Howe family, holding a bottle of disinfectant in her hand, sprayed Nora all over her body.

Madge said, "As well as the shoes and hair, you can't forget anywhere."

The pungent smell came to Nora. Nora covered her face with her hands and said in a cold voice, "Are you crazy?"

Hearing this, Madge suddenly became angry.

"No wonder you came from the countryside. This is so rude. We are worried that you have viruses and bacteria. What if we got sick?"

Nora would have turned to be angry as usual, but she couldn't do that this time.

"Then your mouth should also be sprayed with disinfectant, so smelly..."

After that, Nora walked into the villa directly.

"You..." Madge was so angry that she pointed to Nora's back that Lynn hurriedly came forward to comfort her.

There was also a woman of the same age as Nora in the room. She looked at Nora with disdainful eyes with the famous brand.

"Are you my cousin's fiancee Nora?" Looking at Nora's unknown clothes, Ashley Shawnd disdain to her and continued to speak: "Gee, Grandpa is old, and his taste is really strange. I heard that you still came by train. We should just buy you a plane ticket. Oh, I see. There should be no airport in your hometown."

Nora looked at Ashley like a fool.

Were people in this family so arrogant?

There was no airport in her family, but her grandpa Charlie had booked a high-speed train to Arial city for her. No one could realize that Nora took a high-speed train alone.

If she wanted to, Charlie can send her a private jet.

Nora didn't bother to explain to these people and went upstairs directly.

Ashley saw that she was ignored by Nora and followed her angrily.

"Where is my room?" Nora asked the servant behind her.

Before the servant could answer, Ashley, stepped forward and said, "This one."

Opening the door of the room, Ashley said, "You shouldn't have lived in such a big and nice room yet! But you have to cherish your life in The Howe family. I’m Asher's cousin Ashley. You have to please me even more. You know, one day..."

Before Ashley finished speaking, Nora went into the room and closed the door, which made Ashley even angrier.

"Ah! How dare she be so arrogant from the countryside? What’s wrong with my grandpa!"

The servant bowed his head. "Miss, this is master’s room."

Ashley looked at the door disdainfully.

"Don’t say anything. Cousin hates others touching his things most. Just tell the master that she wanted to live here."

After saying that, Ashley smiled evilly.

Chapter 2 Climbing into Asher's Bed

Nora also didn't find this was someone else's room. She was just looking at the bathroom, which was full of some men's articles, only think that this family was really strange.

  What a wonderful place.

However, her bet with her grandfather was only kept for only three months. Nora had to stay in this villa for three months. If she still had no feelings for Asher, the engagement would be annulled.

Nora took a bath and ate the dinner served by the servant. After a tiring day, she fell asleep.

At night, it was already midnight when Asher came home from dinner.

He knew that Nora would come to The Howe family today. His grandpa Howard had asked Asher to meet Nora, but he refused on the grounds of work. He was not interested in this fiancee at all, and the engagement would be broken sooner or later

After returning to the room, Asher took a bath and went to sleep.

Probably because he drank a little too much tonight, Asher didn't realize there were other women in the room until he lay down.

He was slightly stunned. In the darkness, Asher could not see the woman's face. She turned over and hugged him. The girl murmured, "Good bear, don't make any noise. Just sleep."

  Asher was frozen.

The woman had a very familiar smell, the same as that person...

Probably because of the alcohol, Asher didn't move, lying down with Nora and falling asleep.

This night, Asher did not suffer from insomnia as before. However, he slept peacefully.

In the dream, he saw the picture ten years ago again. In the little black room, the girl held him in her small body, and she said, "Don't be afraid, I am very powerful, I will protect you."

Asher dreamed that she had found her, so real.

The next day, at the door.

Ashley went to bed early, but when she woke up this morning, she didn't hear the servant say that Nora had been kicked out of Asher's room.

What's going on? Maybe his cousin didn't come back last night? But his car was in the garage!

Two people couldn't sleep together, was it?

Ashley couldn't help knocking on the door: "Cousin, the maid has prepared breakfast. Don't you have an early meeting today? Get up quickly!"

Two sleeping people in the room were woken up at the same time. Nora only felt that she was snuggling in one arm as if someone was holding herself.

Looking at each other, Nora was suddenly surprised and didn't feel sleepy. She got up from bed and said in a surprised voice, "Who are you?"

  Asher's eyes were equally gloomy.

  "Nora?"

Nora probably guessed that this was his rumored fiance Asher, but how did this man appear in her bed? Who could tell her?

Before she could get an explanation, Asher continued to speak: "You just climbed into my bed on the first day in The Howe family. Oh, you got something."

Nora looked at Asher blankly. What? Did she climb into Asher's bed?

All the people in The Howe family were paranoid, right?

However, she probably guessed that it was Asher's room and Ashley did it on purpose when she thought of the men's articles in the room yesterday.

Nora got out of bed and said coldly, "First, I didn't climb into your bed. Ashley told me yesterday that this was my room. And, Asher, I am not interested in you at all."

"Besides, I fell asleep last night. Didn't you find anyone else in bed when you came back? You still slept with me all night. What should I say? You like me, don’t you?"

Asher's face was even gloomier when he was choked by Nora. Memories of last night came to mind and he could not refute them for a while.

In Nora's eyes, the man was shocked at that time.

Those eyes were really like that girl.

Seeing this, Asher even hooked his lips and smiled.

"What? Why are you looking at me like this? Are you fascinated by me?"

Returning to absolute being, Asher's face was gloomy and he said angrily, "Go out and don't come to this room in the future."

Nora naturally didn't stay much and left with her things.

Ashley was still standing at the door, looking at Nora coming out and suddenly looking surprised.

Nora smiled at her and said, "Morning! As you wish, your cousin slept with me all night yesterday, and we just got along very well."

"You are talking nonsense." Ashley was angry. How was it possible?

It was impossible for her cousin to like Nora.

But the fact was that Nora slept with Asher last night.
