Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen DESK serves people experiencing homelessness or living in poverty by providing food assistance and services that promote health, community, and equity.

DESK serves people experiencing homelessness or living in poverty by providing food assistance and services to promote health, community, and equity. We serve nightly dinner (5:00 pm) and offer weekly pantry services (Wed. 1:30-3:00 pm) at 311 Temple Street, and our Drop-in & Resource Center at 266 State Street is open Sunday-Friday, 1:30-4:30 pm. DESK benefits from the hard work and commitment of over two thousand volunteers each year. To join our team and become part of the solution, email us at [email protected] or call (203) 624-6426.
