We are celebrating two very special birthdays today$ today our First bourbon barrel - barrel 295- turns 9! And our partner and coo turns more than 9! We’ll be dumping and proofing barrel 295 today and releasing her on November 7. We will not be releasing Tara - for multiple reasons mostly bc she owns it and she is kinda a gremlin when unsupervised!

Happy birthday Tara and Barrel 295!
