MedFlight 6 is kicking off a Pumpkin Decorating & Carving Contest for kids!

Carve it, paint it, glue stuff to it—get creative! 🎨🎃 And while any design is welcome, we might be a little partial to pumpkins with a helicopter or MedFlight theme. 😉🚁💚

📸 Send us a photo of your child’s creation via Facebook by October 24th to enter!

🏆 A MedFlight 6 employee will choose the winner, and the winning artist will receive their very own MedFlight 6 LEGO helicopter!

We can’t wait to see what our future pilots, nurses, medics, and artists come up with! 💚

At 132 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Thornport, or 8 miles northwest of Somerset, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Somerset, Thornport, Harbor Hills, Thornville, and Glenford.
