On October 17, 2026, Colonel Wendler, 4th MLG Inspector General, promoted Major Philpott, a member of the Inspector General team, to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel during a unit inspection in Red Bank, NJ.

Inspections like these are at the heart of the IG mission. With a focus on readiness, effectiveness, discipline, morale, ethics, and integrity, the IG team ensures the force remains sharp and prepared 🇺🇸

Congratulations LtCol Philpott on this well-deserved milestone!
