Our members had a great time today learning valuable tips on how to stay safe, active, and independent. From improving balance to making simple changes at home, this presentation empowered everyone with tools to prevent falls and stay confident in their daily lives.
At People Program, we believe in supporting strong seniors, a vibrant community, and a lasting impact. 💛
