Some home purchases feel as personal as buying a home for your own family. This was one of them. 🏡❤️

Last Tuesday, I had the joy of handing the keys to my buyer, who found me on Zillow while living in Las Vegas and chose to trust me with finding a home for his family.

We spent three months searching, submitting offers, and working through decisions. Some homes seemed promising, but after taking a closer look, we knew we needed to keep searching.

With him so far away, I wanted to be his eyes here. That meant being honest about everything I saw, the beautiful things and the concerns, so he could feel confident about the home he was buying.

Then we found it. ✨

I showed him the neighborhood first, then walked him through the house on a video call. As soon as I stepped inside, I thought, “This could be his home.” It felt warm and welcoming, and I looked at every detail with the same care I would for my own family.

And thank God, today it’s his. 🙏🔑

He purchased with a VA loan, and our experience was incredibly smooth. I know some sellers feel hesitant about VA offers, but this transaction was a wonderful reminder to give these buyers a chance.
